Had to go to 3 different location to finally get trailers I received in advance. The location in Balch Springs sent me to Garland. The guy in Garland was great and I appreciated his service. He needs e acknowledged for great customer service. John Appel
Lisa AThe 24/7 truck share needs to be an option for the 9 foot cargo van. I really only needed the rental for one day, but had to do two because I could not do a pick up at my nearest location before business hours
JESUS SThey lied about the fuel gauge level and decided to charge me even though I took a picture of the actual . Because of rain I did not take the truck up to 0.5 mile from the location. How can they justify not charging for mileage but charging for 2 gallons of fuel.
