I not given the dolly I asked for, and given filthy hair covered blankets. They took over 40 minutes to process my pickup. Uhaul pushed my order to 3 different locations and ended here. Got an extremely unprofessional phone call about it and they also pushed my pickup time back by an hour. This was absolutely ridiculous for a $100 rental. I will never be using uhaul for any of my moving needs again. This is not a problem for the location, its a problem for the horrendous logistics behind Uhaul as a whole. Do better.
VICTOR DThe area is poorly lit. The trucks are parked at the very back of the building, and I had to use my phone’s flashlight just to navigate around.
