Everything was good except for one thing: There were no instructions given on where to put the lock after use. I had to call the 1(800) customer service number and find out what to do. They advised us to place it inside in the cup holder and lock the truck. They said they have had that question asked before. I would suggest including instructions on the lock pad for returns on the app, since this is the only way to rent a truck at this particular location. This didn’t make me feel comfortable. Unfortunately we live in a world where evil is everywhere. Anyone can get in the back and cause harm after we sent proof of everything being good. Even, previous renters could get in if the pad code doesn’t change. It’s just scary to think about all this. Or at least add more cameras for everyone’s safety. Other than that, everything else was great! It was our first time renting.

I drove 5 miles and put more gas than I used and was still charged for 2 gallons of fuel. Uhaul stats on their website that the truck gets 12 mpg. How is it that 5 miles equals over 3 gallons of gas? Where is the common sense? I know they go off the very unreliable fuel meter and that's a big problem. I took a picture of the fuel meter before leaving the parking lot and it showed around 75%. When I returned it, I took another picture of it at 75%. I noticed in the App, it said the fuel was originally at 95%, which is way off, and I have proof.
