i had to clean the truck on my own and the transmission was slipping just happy to get to my destination !! the first day it took an 1 1/2 and still didn't get the truck {Sunday ) , Monday it still took an hr to get the truck so no this was not a good experience !!!

I already paid for the Uhaul truck and i was double charged. It's very unprofessional when i put in the complaint and no one called or responded but they charged me AGAIN. I will never use or recommend this company again

Sean G.I was sent to a totally different location then I wanted to be sent to...with barely 12 hours notice after my original location was confirmed. Then noone was at the location when we got there for an 8am pick up. The guy didn't even know we were coming. So unorganized and the location was out of the way of where I needes to go. I was also overcharged for safetow protection I did not want. Will think twice before using U haul again. I have rented many time and never had this issue.
