This is a mechanic bay repair location and their main focus. The staff is not very friendly, you feel like a nuisance as a U-Haul customer. I left the truck at a quarter tank like I took it but he told me I needed another $15, which was wrong. I don't like that location.

The gentleman in Gaspe was very accommodating. Excellent service! Very friendly, parked my trailer helped me unhook hitch and I was on my way once again. After 12 days of hauling a trailer I was happy to have it removed from my vehicle.
