Absolutely HORRIBLE! I felt threatened by the owner who was very unprofessional to say the least. I was overcharged bc the lady was late for work at her other job. UHAUL N EDS TO GET AHOLD OF ME BEFORE I FILE A SUIT AGAINST THEM.

The location that this U-Haul was picked up at actually there were two U-Hauls picked up within this location in a two day. The first one went well very polite and courteous. The second one was awful most horrifying experience ever. The elderly woman who was taking care of us had to wait a few minutes while I made a phone call to have some money transferred to an account after 10 minutes that the woman and her boss came outside and the gentleman was acting in a hostile manner. Saying this woman needs to go to another job you need to get the hell in here and pay for this now I said serum on the phone trying to transfer money he says I don't give a s*** what you're doing I've had enough of this. I would never rent from this place again. Also while making this rental purchase everything was done online when we get to the site I had to redo everything all over again and wait for you all to call us to verify that a friend of ours knew that we were renting it it made no sense to me the woman held us up for 47 minutes at this establishment and it was over the phone on U-Haul it was not even this location it was U-Haul itself
