After not being notified by Uhaul of the reserved truck not being available at my chosen closer location, I was sent to this location. Upon arrival the location was closed. I was not able to wait for anyone to open and had to downsize my truck to one that could be rented via the mobile app. I had movers at my house waiting during all this fiasco. I was charged the same amount for a smaller truck and was told to call Uhaul. I did not have time to deal with any of that and just took the truck and left.
