Very confusing as there is no staff. Especially with the random fees that they put on at the end of the rental. No one was able to walk me through any of it

Pam was very helpful and since we had to change our dates twice due to no fault of ours, and Pam was understanding and changed our times accordingly.
JOHNNY BI’d called the day before to see if I could pick the truck and trailer up at 9 o’clock as it opened and when we arrived staff let me in 20 minutes early to get the truck and do everything so we could actually depart at 9 o’clock instead of start the process at nine. Best experience with U-Haul ever.
Robert SI think you can definitely improve an easier way to have access to the keys! It was so hard getting the lock to open and there’s never anyone in office to help! That can be very frustrating.
Crystal MWhen I went to pick up the car trailer, the trailer had a FLAT TIRE. I U-Haul Rep. told me to go to a gas station and put air into the tire. After stopping by two gas station and paying two at each station, to put air into the tire, both station air pump didn't work. The person that I purchase the car fro said he had a compressor. After filling the tire up with the correct air. The tire was leaking thur the valve.We had to run back in town to get a new valve stem and install it. We stopped two hours into our ride home and had to add air into the tire, at the cost of another two dollars. Called the U-haul Rep, left several messages with no return call.
