I was charged $82.00 + and I was and saw a lower amount of 72.00 o askdd the clerk she said cc always charged extra it'll be placed back on my card which was a lie.I WILL NEVER RENT again I waited and when I return from. This location is a large Uhaul facility that is well lit so I was comfortable dropping the truck off at night here. However, I had to walk around for a few minutes to find the drop box for the key. It also wasn't very clear where to park the truck. Additional signage would be helpful.

Very tight space to park a trailer after use. An inexperienced driver could easily damage their vehicle trying to "Jack knife" a trailer back into it's spot.

Don't leave us waiting unnecessarily when we return vehicles. There were three guys just sitting around doing nothing while I waited. One of of them rode some type of bike past me. I had to go back there and get them, and they still took their time. I was late for work.

Truck was covered in snow and ice upon my arrival. Could have had the truck brushed off and started possibly that day prior to 1 pm pick up. Truck also would vibrate immensely when reaching 60-65 MPH. Ran well, return guy was great to work with. Good folks here.

Wrong amount of gas at beginning of rental which was promptly corrected by calling in & with a photo. Check mileage and gas before you take it off the lot. However brakes were rubbing. The most concerning factor was when I returned the truck after a 3 day use and driving 29.4 miles was the stated amount of my bill was $1178.00. Mix up on another account when they checked it in. Asked manager to call. She never did. Received 2nd bill for $1207.00 by email. Called in asked for manager to call me but she still has yet to return any calls. Trying to resolve this issue for 6 days and management yet to return my calls. Sorry way to do business, customer service and lack of communication.

You need to have somebody monitoring the staff there including the manager Cindy. She was unprofessional she was late coming to work and she treats people as if she's doing the world a favor!

Generally clean; however, when putting some things in storage, I found A LOT of rodent feces. When I alerted staff, they tried to say it was because I had furniture padding covering my furniture . . . Didn't find the rodents, but there were two poison traps in my unit, so I was surprised. Otherwise, as long as you pay on time and the correct amount, they really didn't interfere.

Both locations were fine. It's corporate that I have an issue with and is why I won't use u-haul again. I was charged 2 extra days for the truck. Christmas Day was the first day I was charged. That facility was closed, therefore I couldn't unload the truck into my unit that I rented there. I will be moving again and U-haul Will not get my business.

We are very very unsatisfied with the experience. For starters we paid Uhaul to load and secure our car on the tow dolly and they wouldn't do it so our car was damaged because of your staff not loading the car onto the dolly, And we were suppose to have the truck for 3 days and had to return it on the 2nd day we picked it up on Monday morning 12/11/17 and was told to return it by Wednesday 12/13/17 which it should have been returned on Thursday 12/14/17. We would like to know what is going to be done about the car cause we have been told by several people that it will be totaled cause of the damage to it. We sent a copy of the receipt to your claims department and have not heard back from anyone. We are looking for a lawyer, you all should be responsible cause we paid you all for a service that didn't get done till after the damage was done, that is so very wrong. We hope to NEVER have to use Uhaul again after this.

The van was muddy and smelled inside like a cover-up spray. The employees treated me as if I work for them. "you need to" was the key phrase for everything. I used the van a short time and when I turned it in, the attendant yelled at me "Hey" and pointed that I restart the van and pull forward one foot. I did all of the pre-application to avoid time once I arrived, but that did not seem to help the process.... for example I noted on the pre-application that I did not want extra insurance, but was asked two times about that....as well as other questions that I had already answered in the pre-application. My card number was in the system, but I had to dig the card out so that it could be scanned as well as other hoop-jumping processes....I was not treated with respect, but was told what to do and when !! "you need to go out and inspect the van and if you find anything, you need to find somebody out there to look at it and mark it on the form"....when I tried to get someone over to look at the van..she looked up at me and then went on about her what she had been doing as if I was not there....etc.
