It took me 45 minutes to leave with the truck, they add an extra to my contract that I did not asked for ( dolly and moving blankets) When I brought back the truck I've mentioned to remove the extra charge and they did not. I add to go back 4 times to fix everything, very disappointed of the service at that location

Le service à la clientèle au Dépanneur AMIGOS 296, boul Maloney E. Gatineau pas excellent, la personne qui était là à 2h30pm, pas compétent du tout. Par contre le service de retour pas la même personne et lui était correct. Je recommande de faire à faire avec U_HAUL sur St-Louis à Gatineau un bon service.
