Terrible experience ! My reservation got modified 20 minutes before my pick up time. They sent me to another pick up location, the employee of the gas station was overwhelmed and didn’t knew what was going on with all the Uhaul customers. He was being rude and asking us to wait outside of the gas station for no reason. We asked him about the dolly and furniture pads we had booked, he didn’t want us to take them. My parents had to argue with him so he finally agreed to let us take some of the items we booked.

Armel OL'équipement était propre mais moi jai loué pour une journée jai respecté l'heure. Mais malgré cela ils m'ont charge deux jours de location et deux fois l'assurance ce qui est injuste. Je appelle pour réclamation j'attends qu'on me rembourse mon argent pris de trop car ce nest pas normal. Si l'agent qui remplissait à fait l'erreur sur l'heure de location de la fourgonnette ce nest pas moi qui doit subir les pertes financières.
Clovis EFrom the start, it has been nothing but a series of issues and poor customer service. I reserved a truck a week in advance and was scheduled to pick it up at 8 AM. Due to your company's internal issues, I was unable to pick it up until 11 AM. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that the truck had been given to someone else despite my reservation. The staff at the pickup location were rude and unprofessional, making an already frustrating situation even worse. Furthermore, when I finally managed to get the truck, I was hit with an unexpected additional charge of $150, with your staff switching up the pricing without any prior notice or explanation. This level of dishonesty and lack of communication is unacceptable. Overall, your company has been terrible to deal with, and I will absolutely never use your services again.
