took me more than an hour to confirm my reservation, had to call 2 different departments ... lady at this place doesn't know any U-Haul rental procedures, she had to call her boss who was shopping and made me wait for 30 minutes to call back, i thought my reservation was made previously and i had received a confirmation,...so ridiculous ! then to return the truck i had to sit in my car for 30 min to do the return process.. your self checking 24/7 thing is absolutely waist of time and frustrating with all the picture we have to make etc.. tuck was showing low tire pressure. 3 hours waisted for 30 minute trip with the truck, next time ill rent a truck from home depot or somewhere else !
