I ordered 10 pads that were supposed to be in the truck and there were none. I did obtain one from the employee at the location. Very frustrating seeing that I was charged for them.

Very convenient for last minute same-day truck rental.
JONATHAN MThe site was very good. UHAUL sucks. It took over an hour to finish the paperwork because the UHAUL system was really bad. The site made 3 calls to IT service to get things done, but none of it was successful until someone with super user privileges overrode the barriers. I would give a 1 star, but I don't want you to blindly punish the site since UHAUL sucks.
