The site was very good. UHAUL sucks. It took over an hour to finish the paperwork because the UHAUL system was really bad. The site made 3 calls to IT service to get things done, but none of it was successful until someone with super user privileges overrode the barriers. I would give a 1 star, but I don't want you to blindly punish the site since UHAUL sucks.
