BRUCE FPersonnel was great and welcoming. The truck we brought them was covered in some sort of grease from the previous user and they were still very friendly and professional with us.
Hunter KThis rental was super convenient, the location was really nice and the truck was ready for us when we needed it. But I was charged for insurance even though I opted out of it. I emailed asking for my money back and I did not yet hear back. If I don’t hear back soon I will contact the bank and show them the receipt where I declined extra coverage. Thanks!
