The drop off was a little out of our way. The location should have been at Ace Hardware 1 miles from our new rental. They sent us to West Chicago. Adding more miles. This West Chicago location was helpful.

The folks at Budget Appliance were friendly and the equipment was well maintained and clean. They helped run me through the brake light and turn signal check and made sure it ea good to go. I would definately rent from them again. Highly recommend this location.

LEONARDO ANothing. This location was great!
GREG BI called the dealer and left a voicemail asking for a call back to determine what size ball I needed on my hitch for the trailer. I never received a call back. I arrived at the dealer an hour after they opened and he told me I needed a 2" ball. I could not see the markings on the ball, but he told me it was the right size. Towing the trailer made more noise at the hitch than I expected. I uncoupled the trailer and removed the ball to find it was 1-7/8". I installed a 2" ball and the noise decreased significantly. Upon returning the trailer I followed the instructions in the app and decoupled the trailer, then proceeded to take pictures as directed. When instructed to take a picture of the cargo area, I stepped on the ramp to do so. Focusing on my phone, I didn't notice the slight downward movement of the ramp as the trailer tipped back with the upper part of the doorframe hitting mre quite hard in the forehead. I know better now, but wish I had been warned of this, or directed to get that picture before unhooking the trailer.
