Russell T.The owner of the location went above and beyond to rectify my problem, via a telephone conversation, when my pickup location had been changed due to availability. Since I was informed via a recording that UHaul is closed on Sunday! Long story short, I was moved to a location which was NEVER open on Sunday (my pickup day). UHaul reps need to be more aware of details when changing locations.
