Terrible experience. We received conflicting information, no one was willing to show us how to load the car onto the trailer despite assuring us twice on the phone that they would - so we canceled the trailer and scrambled to make other arrangements for how to get back after dropping the uhaul truck off at our destination. Disorganized and poor customer support.
