KERNON MThe staff was excellent. I was initially told they were not accepting trailers. However due to recent frustration from being sent to a uhaul store that does not accept trailers, the staff member said she would accept the trailer and not send me to another store. As stated above, I was originally sent to a store that does not have trailers . Therefore, whoever schedules trailer returns needs to be aware that 6211 Williams Dr., Georgetown, TX does accept trailers and should stop sending customers to that address.
