Took a long time (approx 15-20 min) to get pictures loaded and using app in order to get code for key. Upon return of the truck I parked it where a truck had been the previous day and there were not any instructions on where to leave it in the app or email. When I returned the truck 15 minutes after closing at 4:00 - the employee came out and took the keys from me, told me I’d be charged for the extra day and then told me that I couldn’t leave it parked there. When I clarified that position wasn’t ok and asked if I need to move it, she told me no I didn’t need to move it and she would do it. In short, it took a long time to get keys to the truck and then lacked specific instructions on where to return it. It was not the uhaul experience that I feel I’ve had from other locations or the general expectation of customer service.
