They added insurance i didn't want. Location address given to me fron Uhaul took me to a private residence about 2 blocks away. Reservation truck was not ready when arrived (slated for repair couldnt be rented out) Reservation process on pickup should have taken about 10 minutes took well over half hour. They had to call in to figure out what to do.
