No one on site. But very easy to drop off truck
Annette MYou app is terrible. All instructions were to use the app for the off-hours return. No-where on the app could I find anything about doing the return. I called the 1-800 number and it said someone would be with me in over an hour. So I tried the chat, It said someone would be with me in < 1 min. 5 minutes later it asked what it could help me with. I asked about returning via the app and it said just go to u-haul.com/returns. Then it was easy. But it took me more than 45 minutes just to drop the van off because the instructions for after hours were so incorrect in all of the paperwork.
