How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhile the location and staff are excellent, the U-Haul policy of mandatory using the u-haul iPhone app is a joke. To many companies want to track and spam you with worthless info and ads. I will NEVER use this. Your policy of charging a $20 return fee if I do not use the app to check in on my return is ludicrous.
JERRY SIt took a little longer checking in because the system was not cooperating. Everything had to be entered again from the online request, That is not the fault of the staff member.
Ernest AToo many things photo requirements to close out, key control combinations are hard to see in the sun. Felt the whole process could be more efficient and done prior to picking up the truck, had weather been a factor this would have needed to be cancelled due to the exposure of the customer to the elements. Would not want to do this again this same way
STEVEN HI paid for an appliance dolly and they didn’t have it in the truck! I still have not received my refund!
