don't give away a reserved truck. after driving a couple hundred miles to pick up the 15' truck that i had reserved for weeks, they gave it to another customer because of a lack of gas in the other customers smaller truck. i ended up with a much smaller truck (10') and no appliance dolly. just the worst. now of course i have to do it all over again because i couldn't move everything the first time, have to wait for another PTO day, drive drive drive, and again see if i can get somebody to help me. totally jacked up our move.

CHRISTIAN HToo technology heavy. Not customer focused. One example is check out, had to ask the counter to physically check out the truck to be complete check out.
