I filled out all the information online, but the U-Hould rep still had to enter the data at the office. Other than that, service was good.
JOHN DU haul needs to get it together.. also over charged for 4 days when I used it one day
TIFFANY MOrdered 60 blankets, got 12. Ordered a furniture dolly, didn't have. Ordered a hand truck and got an appliance dolly instead. Truck had only 1/2 a tank of gas which might be normal but after all the other stuff that was frustrating. Truck ran great though
TIMOTHY Limprove service, keep supplies and dollies in stock and maintain trucks better. Engine light kept blinking so I returned the truck without finishing what I rented it for. Very poor experience.
