I have rented from this location for a couple of years now. This last experience was the worst. The vehicle we rented was in very poor condition. The interior had dried mud and debris on the floors. More importantly, the vehicle had a check engine light on which did end up going out after a few miles. The menu buttons would get stuck, so it took several minutes to try to get the odometer to display. While trying to get the buttons to work, there was a display that came up that the oil was at 0%. This vehicle is in need to be serviced.
JENNIFER WThe box truck had a check engine light on and didn't have a lock. The employee didn't know how the trailer hitches work. The entire location is in poor condition. I wouldn't ever use this location again. There were no signs of coffee.

RICHARD WEngine light on from the start. Told to call uhaul if any issues. Fuel nearly on E. Horrendous gas mileage! Difficult to understand employee…very strong accent. But I was able to get the move done so there’s that.
