First off every location I’ve been to is a nice one and this place felt sketchy to me. I rented a truck that was supposed to have unlimited mileage and I was charged for mileage which I’m very upset about. The truck barely had any gas in it and when I dropped it off it had half a tank when all I had to start was like 1/4 of a tank or just below that. I will not be renting trucks from I-haul anymore of this is how you conduct business.
JOHN NThe truck sounded like it was going to throw a rod from the moment it was turned on. It was not well maintained and not good quality for only having slightly more than 100K on the odometer. The rental process was convenient, but the equipment was awful and left me nervous about driving it the entire time.
