Being overcharged
SARA CIt was muddy. Not a deal breaker, just less than ideal.
COREY Wgot charged for extra days when told it was free messed up my reservation more times than i can count
IZABELLE M-Rude pickup agent -Had to load my own materials after agent through them on the ground -Filthy uhaul, covered in mud, and sticky wet stuff, couldn't even see the the odometer or through the window due to the filth -Found marijuana and heroin and needles inside of the truck -Had to clean the uhaul myself -Abs braking system went out -Driver assistance trac went out -Racial slurs -Not safe, not clean -The absolute worst uhaul experience ever!
