The people running this location were not there when I arrived (took 2 hours before anyone returned). The truck they had ready for me was barely drivable (it was replaced after the techs came to look at it). Wheel alignment was way off, acceleration and shifting out of first gear was very poor and there were holes drilled in the catalytic converter (which made the cabin very noisy).

This location was hard to find,, did not open when they said they would be open, I only went here because they could not find equipment in Phoenix or Scottsdale,, so had to drive an hour out to get it here than an hour back just to get back to Scottsdale Very disappointed frustrated second time this has happened to me trying to get U-Haul equipment waiting for a manager to call me back to go over this. Very frustrated.
