We’ve never been charged for mileage before and didn’t realize that we were being charged for that until the return. We have an account with U-Haul because of a storage unit we rent monthly. So that was disappointing. But the overall service was great.

Easy to return. The U-Haul facility was nice and clean. The staff was great and very friendly and knew the process very well. In fact the U-Haul app wasn't working well so they checked me in the old fashion way and sent me confirmation receipt confirming my return... I would come here again.. Also easy to get their trucks in and out of their facility for less experienced drivers who havent driven larger trucks before.

Anjanette BI was charged for dolly and I DID NOT use the equipment. The cheap thin plastic came undone and I specifically told the store clerk I DID NOT USE THE DOLLY. And I was charged an extra $21.00. That’s not right at all.
ANGEL RRV s fueling up with propane and other items near uhaul trucks blocking exit. Had to wait 20 minutes to leave. The exit area is too small for rvs and uhaul trucks trying to leave.
