Online app verification review with uhaul agent took 20 minutes to complete. Very frustrating to sit around that long when people are waiting for the truck to help you move. Other than that truck was good. Pickup facility and staff were great.

Customer service experience was great but we did our first load and the back door got stuck and we could not get it back down and had to drive the truck with it open back to the location. When I tried to get road side assistance, it asked me to pay $300.
Tori GThis location is a convenience store. Parking was limited and the area was somewhat confined. There was no signage about where to park the truck, and the one person behind the counter was taking care of a long line of customers. I found my way to the back of the store and there were other trucks parked there. I parked the truck there and after 10 minutes, while I was doing the on-line check in, an employee stopped by to let me know I needed to park the truck in front by the gas pumps. He was nice, but trying to figure out what to do once I arrived was challenging. The location needs better signage.
