Robbie POrdered a furniture dolly with strap. At the time of pickup I was told that it was unavailable necessitating a trip to another UHaul franchise to get one. That was the only issue that I had. On the other hand, the owner personally came to the rental location to assist me with the pick up of the equipment and helped me in navigating challenges the UHaul corporate website. He also personally answered multiple phone calls for help with remote pick up even though the franchise is closed on that day.
