Ordered a furniture dolly with strap. At the time of pickup I was told that it was unavailable necessitating a trip to another UHaul franchise to get one. That was the only issue that I had. On the other hand, the owner personally came to the rental location to assist me with the pick up of the equipment and helped me in navigating challenges the UHaul corporate website. He also personally answered multiple phone calls for help with remote pick up even though the franchise is closed on that day.

Took them three days to check in my rental return. They then charged me for turning it in a day late as well as charging me for gas (it was turned in with the same amount of gas as when I first got it). Not a good experience!

I have to talk to you representative to rent the same trailer for another day it wouldn't work for me and then still wouldn't work for me when I show up nothing shows on my app so I have to find the owner of the lot so he helped me to make this thing work so I can finally leave the place
