There wasn't any person to check the truck in. All we did was mark where the gas was left and the ending mileage, put the key in the drop box.

The app is a pain in the but to use especially in areas that don't have good service. Pluse i was not told about having to pay mileage when I called to get an extra day!
curtis uEverything left up to the renter, no employees on site or locally available. I was assisted by a lady in Phoenix, Arizona on the phone. If I didn't have a cell phone I could not have rented the truck. The truck was good, ran and performed well. Much easier rental return. Thanks
