There was a locl on the cargo bay. Uhaul chst and supprt were entirely unhelpful. However the location owner called me and went through a series of possible codes and finally thr last one worked. She was very helpful and I strongly recommend her.

Take a lot long than I thought to check in and out the truck.
Rod HThere wasn't any person to check the truck in. All we did was mark where the gas was left and the ending mileage, put the key in the drop box.

curtis uEverything left up to the renter, no employees on site or locally available. I was assisted by a lady in Phoenix, Arizona on the phone. If I didn't have a cell phone I could not have rented the truck. The truck was good, ran and performed well. Much easier rental return. Thanks
