I dropped off the rental without interacting with any personnel. It was fast and easy. No improvement needed that I can think of.

KHALIYAH BThe location I specified when I made the reservation, which was also on our paperwork, was not the return location listed in the App. I wasn't sure which to use and ultimately went with the app's location, which was a mini storage. There were no open parking spaces and I wasn't sure where to park the truck. There was also no one working there to ask. It would help to have that information available to people returning Uhaul trucks.
