We had ordered the U-Haul weeks in advance from Mechanicsville. They call us a week form saying they don't have that one. Did we have to go to another location to pick one up which made us drive an hour out of our way which should not be charged for us cuz it wasn't our fault but they didn't have the one we wanted when it was booked. Never said anything about they didn't have one. Gave us a quote. Was not the same quote that I had to pay for it to begin with and then charge me a lot more afterwards. A cleaning fee that was unnecessary because we had cleaned the cab out. We had cleaned the truck out. It was raining that day so it might have been a tad bit wet and no one told us we needed to fold the blankets ,one I would hope they would watch them before they gave them to somebody else. I have called the place that we picked it up at and I'd call the place that we dropped it off at and nobody can explain to me why I was charged as much as I was. I have tried to call your corporate office and am on a hold forever even though it says I'm the next in line. Call him back the third time and it said call back in 45 minutes. We have technical difficulty. While I'm having technical difficulty having to pay your people almost $600 for something we used 2 days. We're told we had an extra day because of the inconvenience of having to go to the other place and still was charged. I will not recommend you all to anyone else because I am frustrated that I spent money that I really didn't have.

Great experience! Van was super clean and all equipment was available and in good condition. Would definitely use this location again!
Maura CI arrived after house so no one was here. But again my biggest problem was the gas situation. Getting charged for gas after trying to put the right amount in. Just a bummer after paying over 200 dollars to rent the truck then getting charged more for gas. I guess it is business. But please give me a tank that is full and I’ll return the truck with a full tank.

The van was very clean and ran like a dream and it was very economical on gas to the point where I didn’t even have to fill it up upon return. If I ever need to rent one again I will be certain to rent from this location again
