UHaul as a whole needs to improve on their customer service mobile app. I in countered multiple problems while trying to rent and return the equipment. The mobile app needs to be desperately over hauled to make the customer interaction more user friendly. With the problems I had, I will not be renting over the weekend anymore from UHAul!!!

The LOCATION was fine... but the U-Haul system was down and there was no recourse but to wait. I am not sure how a business can operate without a backup plan... paper contracts... U-Haul corporate needs to get on the ball.
