Other then decrease the mileage fee everything was great. Haha. The young man who assisted us with the check in was very polite and knowledgeable and thorough.

I was very impressed with the facilities and the 1pm staff. When returning my equipment 5pm on 10 Sep, there were multiple miscommunications and I was treated rudely by the staff in particular a man named Kevin. His counterpart just stared at me while I unhooked my trailer as no one was helping me at the equipment return point. Signs are posted in the lane. At pickup, the staff came out and helped me. In the evening at the same area, Kevin came out and told me that even though the sign for returning equipment doesn’t say so, my trailer needed to be unhooked around the corner of the building and someone would be there. No one was there. There were no signs, no implied anything. I unhooked my trailer. There was no inspection, nothing. Then I came to get a receipt or a confirmation and I was further treated poorly When I asked for a receipt-rudely and talking over me Kevin told me within 10 minutes I’d have an email receipt. If Kevin better used his communication or customer service skills he would have been able to tell me before I unhooked my trailer that I was in the wrong spot even though the signs said I was in the correct spot. He could have also told me why he counterpart just stood behind a glass door staring at me making it a very uncomfortable experience from the moment I came onto the lot.

When I arrived to pickup the reserved truck, 2 Sep 2019, at about 11:00 am, there was only one person working the counter. She was doing her best but had to do everything - complete the paperwork, show customers to where the equipment/vehicle was located, accept returns, etc. When I finally got to the counter, there were 4 or more customers frustrated waiting behind me. She was overwhelmed but was doing her best, all while remaining professional. She even mentioned that she should have already been off but no one had showed up to take her place.

I have been to many Uhaul locations, from your local Uhaul to the smaller gas stations. In most circumstances I haven't always received the best customer service, the vehicles may smell like smoke or be unkempt, they have been difficult to get in touch with or just very slow service. The locatiin I visited today waa nothing like my previous experiences. The service was fast i was in and out in 20 mins at the most and the young woman Danielle Odham at this location was extremely helpful she answered all questions the very few I did have because she was very thorough in every aspect from the paperwork all the way to helping hook the tow dolly to the vehicle as well as to the return of the dolly. She went through how to hook it up and how to strap the car to the dolly and so on. She was extremely helpful and her customer service and overall demeanor was A1! I will definitely be returning to this location.

We waited to check in for over an hour. Severely understaffed and staff didn’t know how to work their computer systems. More training and better management needed.

My pickup time and location was changed the day before I was scheduled to pick up my truck. It was moved from 1mile from my house to 15 miles away. When I came to pick up the truck at the new location there was a 1 hour wait time to pick it up. Once I was checking out the truck that I had reserved was not available. I had reserved a 20 ft truck over a month in advance. The only truck available was a 15ft truck. I had to take this as it was the only day available I had to move. The wait time at the Uhaul location and the smaller truck caused a giant setback in the moving schedule. We had to do multiple trips instead of just one because of the smaller truck size. Because of these issues I will no longer be using Uhaul in the future.
