On the day I moved out of unit 0261 there were various trailers parked in front of the unit. When I asked to have them to be moved to facilitate loading I was told that it was impossible as that equipment needs to stay in the place it was parked and I needed to work around the equipment. This added to the cost of my move on August 6, 2024. I guess cusiomer service is no longer provided in this day and age. I don't recommend this location anymore.
Edward L | Overall ExperienceI had damage done to my unit I submitted the pictures and documentation and was never compensated. I had water damage reported it to the company and was never sent a check for my items I advised them not to sell my items until I was compensated.

Shawnawn M | Overall ExperienceThe customer service at this location is terrible. I have consistently not been able to reach the office for any kind of assistance by phone or in person. My move out was especially a terrible experience. The door was broken entering the facility, dolly's were no where to be found, the trailer I rented from this location had a flat tire and I had to wait 1.5 hours for anyone to replace the tire. This location can be summed up in a few words: lack of accountability
