I was told I’d be able to pickup at 15’ truck near my house and that was confirmed the day before. When I arrived for the pickup I was not able to pick up the truck and spent a lot of time with customer support. This resulted in me getting told I had to go to 10’ truck and would need to drive another 30 minutes to pick it up. Once I finally got to the truck my pictures would not upload, so I had to call once again. The experience was awful and wasted a ton of my move time. However, the customer support agent were great. Also the location which I got the vehicle from was great and the employee was kind.

Robert WI have never rented a U-Haul truck before they were very patient with me and when I returned the vehicle, they were very kind and understanding and explained everything to me. I could not have asked for a better experience.! I did not know where to put the gas so I paid for the gas and they helped me with understanding that very happy with the service that I received
