Site had minimum needed of what I put in an order for. I requested a dolly and was unaware there was not one at the site until I got there. UHaul team called a couple places and sent me to another site to pick up dolly. They stated they called and the site was expecting me. This was not true and I was unable to get a dolly. I would use a different site next time.
