Any time I pick up at a gas station it is a challenge and time consuming. This location was no different except it was U-Haul as a company that prohibited the rental manager from providing me quick service. Despite his and my multiple attempts to contact customer service to release the truck I still give him a 10/10. The truck was newer and clean which put him above my two recent rentals

The add up of pricing for less than a 1/2 day was ridiculous. I don’t know if it’s because I went through a third-party, but I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Joseph GLocation did not have any U-Haul signs so it was confusing as there were not any U-Haul trailers or vehicles in the parking area so we were not sure if we were in the correct place to drop off our rental
