i really am in a outrage of how the service was, first off, the U-haul app, where you place all of the pictures prior to leaving with the vehicle, did not work. I made several attempts to download my pictures, but it wouldn't accept them know matter what I did. At this point I knew there would be something that was gonna go wrong with this rental. Due to the fact that I needed the rental that day & was under a time restraint, I decided to go ahead with it anyway, thinking-what could go wrong ? I took pictures of the vehicle, displaying the cleanliness of it, wasn't horrible but could have definitely been better, especially the door compartments. Secondly, before I retuned the vehicle, I took it to the gas station & refilled the fuel I used from it, remind you, I have before & after pictures of the dashboard, along with the receipt to prove I returned the fuel just a block away from the drop off point. to my surprise, when I received the bill in my email, they charged me $10.00 for gas. I was blown away. To this day I have not gone back to that U-haul shop, just because I'm a very busy man, but not because I don't want my money back. Fair is fair right, my integrity made me put the gas back in it as required but that integrity was stolen from me.

I was surprised to find out I have a nearby U-Haul location I could pick up the 9" cargo transit and it was great. From pickup to drop off. The U-Haul neighborhood service idea is great.
