No body was professional. We have to find the truck by self, which was parked randomly on street.
FNU P.I tried to drop off my uhaul with a key drop but there was no drop box. This was not indicated online or in the drop off instructions so I had to wait over an hour for the facility to open in order to drop off the vehicle. If possible I would like a refund on milage for additional travel I had to take while trying to figure out how to drop it off.
