Faith WThe check oil light was on, and the truck was not starting. I called the only person working for the site, but he did not pick up. We had to wait a while to get his help, so I think it is an understaffed location. Once he was able to help, he immediately fixed our problems.
LEA EThe original location I selected was switched last minute to a farther away place. When I arrived to that location they didn’t have the equipment reserved. So I was reassigned to this very far one. I wasted time and miles. At the end I could not accomplished all I had to do. Please review the $50 equipment guarantee and get back to my request. Thank you
