This location needs to be shut down. There was a homeless person in our truck when we picked it up and the owner neglected to check our truck in so we got charged for another day’s rental

Very easy check in process and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Van was clean and in good working condition.
Patrick MVehicle was fine although there was trash from a previous person renting it. Little confusion with the pick up but overall helpful service and I would use them again.

MORGAN MJulio was very nice but the UHaul website was down and it took 30 minutes standing in freezing temps (for some reason the office was closed so Julio met us out on the sidewalk) to get our info into the system and get the keys. I also had requested a hand truck for our move (and I think paid for it) and it was not in the vehicle. Lately every interaction I've had with U-Haul (as I moved across country) has been chaotic and it feels like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Really adds time to all the tasks and stress to an already stressful day.
