The location was supposed to open at 11:00 AM, but the employee didn’t show up until 11:40. When he finally arrived, he wasn’t helpful at all. He was extremely rude and kept interrupting us while we were trying to explain the situation. On top of that, the inside of the vehicle was already very dirty when I received it, yet I was still charged a $25 cleaning fee. I really don’t understand how I can be charged a cleaning fee for a vehicle that was given to me dirty in the first place. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Between the long wait, the rude customer service, the dirty vehicle, and the unfair cleaning charge, I honestly don’t think I would rent from U-Haul again.

Kareem KI was told to go to my original location. Then they said they didn’t have my vehicle. I was there for an hour. They sent me to another place, i PAID for the transportation to the other place for pick up and drop off which was not planned.

When I tried to get help from the rep at the location he would not pick up the phone, and asked me to text. When I texted he never responded to me. Never go to this location.
Sage CIt was a terrible experience, and I definitely will not choose this location again. Since they don’t have an office and the app does not work properly, it made my experience extremely difficult. The key code was not available in the app, and I spent 30 minutes trying to contact the managers just to get the key code. The same thing happened during the drop-off. The drop-off button in the app was not working, so I spent another 30 minutes trying to reach a manager. In the end, I had to contact customer support and ask them to get in touch with the manager and complete the drop-off. The next day, I received a bill showing that I was charged almost $40 for only 23 miles of driving. This is unbelievable - 6 gallons of gas for 23 miles??? Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this location.
