ELEODORO VThis truck should not have been rented out in the condition it was in. One of the tires was flat, the check engine light was on, the suspension was in poor condition, and the truck itself was extremely old. On top of that, there was no backup camera, the AC was not working properly, and the windows were very stiff and difficult to roll down. These are not minor inconveniences when you’re paying to rent a vehicle that is supposed to be safe, functional, and properly maintained. I expected U-Haul to inspect and maintain its vehicles before handing them over to customers. Based on the condition of this truck, that clearly did not happen to an acceptable standard. Very disappointing experience.

Olga AWorst U-haul experience of my life. Booked my van weeks in advance. Showed up to pick-up and he said "we don't got no vans right now". I said do you have anything? He goes "nah sorry my man”. I needed the van in that moment. Booked it weeks in advance. Highly recommend you avoid this location at all costs. This has happened TWICE with me at this location. Take your business to the Uhaul a few blocks away.
