NELSON SCustomer service as well as the rep at this location was very helpful and pleasant.
Annette SWe used the the rental for 3 hours and returned back nobody received, just drop off the keys at the dropbox and now it's charging me an excessive money. I will be reporting at consumer report.
Jordan PI reserved a van for 3:30pm, was told with rudeness the van wouldn’t be ready until 5 so I was sent to another location several subway stops out of my way and no apology was even given.
