My first time using U-haul it was good service easy access online quick but the only thing was the van wasn't clean other than that

Henry MI filled up the truck with the same gas. I took it with and you were charged me 2 gallons additional which is not right because I filled up to where the gauge was. And I would like to be reimbursed for the nine dollars and change they took for gas.

Jose HI had reservations to pick up the vehicle at nine. The guy didn’t get there till 11. He switched vehicles on me three times every time I was ready to takeoff. He said all this one was rented oh the next one was rented. No, I would not rent from there again.
