Worst U-haul experience of my life. Booked my van weeks in advance. Showed up to pick-up and he said "we don't got no vans right now". I said do you have anything? He goes "nah sorry my man”. I needed the van in that moment. Booked it weeks in advance. Highly recommend you avoid this location at all costs. This has happened TWICE with me at this location. Take your business to the Uhaul a few blocks away.

The van was clean, but the gas tank was empty. The app does not work. We only figured out how to get the van by sheer luck of running into someone who was returning a different van and told us how. The app did not show me any instructions. I don’t think it’s the locations fault, but the app is completely unreliable and there is no support at this location.
Emerson WNo one was there who manages the U-Haul franchise. Someone from another business at that location had to guide me as to where uhauls are usually parked.
