We used the the rental for 3 hours and returned back nobody received, just drop off the keys at the dropbox and now it's charging me an excessive money. I will be reporting at consumer report.
Jordan PI reserved a van for 3:30pm, was told with rudeness the van wouldn’t be ready until 5 so I was sent to another location several subway stops out of my way and no apology was even given.
Joshua SI didn’t get any of the extra items I paid for! I didn’t get a furniture dolly, pads or equipment dolly. The pick up with terrible. No one was at the locations for either pick up or drop off. I spent 30 mins past my appointment trying to find the vehicle at the appointment. And luckily, I got to it first, because they DOUBLE BOOKED the truck. And some guy came over and showed me his. Truly an awful experience.
