Susan was quite literally the best uhaul person I've ever met, I cannot give more than 5 stars but I'd give 6 for how hard she worked, took time to go out and grab a uhaul for me, helped me figure up the best way to do my move and return my uhaul. On top of she's extremely friendly so thats all just a bonus. If I had to move from SW Iowa again I'd go through her.

Small rural dealer. No personnel on duty, but have used the location multiple times for drop-off without any issues. Always receive detailed instructions for rental return.
