Well we rented a smaller truck and when we went to pick it up there wasn't one so we had to take/drive the bigger one. They didn't charge us extra of course cause it wasn't our doing but the bigger truck was more of a hassle because of the size.

The entire process went very smoothly. Every expense was clearly communicated, with the mileage adjustment implemented promptly.
William WReservation process was difficult. I tried to reserve at this location, then the reservation was moved to Ipswich. That location wasn’t open when I went pick up the truck and I was informed that the best alternate was another 30 mi away. After discussion, I found that a trick was available in Gloucester where I originally tried to rent. Hard to do business with U-Haul
Cristopher PWent the extra mile to help out by allowing the drop off at his location as Uhaul said we had to return to Salisbury - 40 mins from my home, but he is 10 minutes away and we have used him many times!!! A+
