The location was easy to get in and out of.
Robert CNo one was there and nowhere to park.
Philip BI was not told there was an extra charge for not putting in gas as this should have been explicitly stated. There was as much gas in the truck as when I had received. You need to let the customer know about a possible gas fee BEFOREHAND.
JACOB PIt was hard to get in touch with the location. I had to call several times before I could get in contact with someone (and it was during their business hours).
