Scott HThe man behind the counter told me he would check in the equipment at a later time.. As i was walking outside i decided to check the equipment in on-line MYSELF... I got the impression that they were not going to check it in on time and i would be charged another day. The man at this location didn't speak English at all, and was not busy. But, gave the impression that we were putting him out and he didn't have the time to check it in. Very poor customer service from this individual.
Ronald Bwhen phone reservation was made i declined insurance , but it was added at the time of picking up the trailer without my knowledge which raised the price up another 30 dollars so people need to look out for extra charges that are being added without our knowlwdge
