The strap needs to be changed, it’s hard to put on to the tires and rusted as well. Please change the safety chain as well. Your service is absolutely fantastic. This is my first time rental and I was scared but I am fully satisfied. Strap is good, but hard to put on to the tire due to wet and hard to pull on.
