The location was closed but we called Uhaul and the representative we spoke to helped us return the truck online. They were patient and walked us through the entire process.

The UHAULl was well maintained and there were no problems with the truck. The only suggestion I'd offer is for the site to provide feedback on equipment available at each pick up point. I had a tow dolly added to my booking but was not informed it wasn't available in my area until the evening before I was to pick up the UHAUL.
