This was our second truck being dispatched. Mind you we had reservations to pickup on Skyland Blvd. Inspection done on the vehicle we discovered both hub seals in the drive ties were leaking badly and it wasn't safe to drive. After a long wait and a rude Manager we ended up in Gordo to pickup yet another truck, only to call roadside assistance and way almost 2 more hours due to a flat tire on the truck. Proper inspection is an essential key to all returns and departures of equipment. The frustration of moving should be added to by faulty equipment throwing you 6 plus hours back especially when you had reservations for the specific day, time and equipment.

JACK CI had requested a flat furniture dolly for my trip, but when I arrived to pick up my rental, it wasn’t available. As a result, I had to leave without it.

benjamin rNothing available as far as boxes, hand trucks, tape. The truck was dirty and damaged including broken convex mirror on passenger side. Passenger side mirror would not stay adjusted and couldn’t be tightened. Had to have stickers placed on damage and have location sweep out the truck before I could leave. I still hate your random fuel level return. It makes refilling for return a pain in the ass and no, your filling estimates on the receipt are bullshit!
