Reserved a 15' truck for pickup in Graham at 4pm on 10/29/25. Arrived to find the location only had a 10' and a 26'. Website showed a 15' in error and cost was double due to website /booking availability error. Felt like a royal bait and switch. Shame on you! Staff at location was very nice, helpful and apologetic, but unable to rent a truck they did not have.

WILLIAM VNever have any issues at this location. Somehow since I didn't remember the name of this location the pickup location put "customer doesn't know drop location" and the system decided I needed to drop it off in another town 30 miles away from my home instead of 1/2 mile away. He was able to retrieve and accept the trailer at his location. Very friendly and clean location.
